We were very excited to be able to celebrate our amazing mums, grandmothers, great grandmothers, carers and special friends this
afternoon at our High Tea. It is our way of saying a very special thank you for all that you do for your children, families and of course our school community. May those little rays of sunshine -your children, bring you great joy for Mother’s Day on Sunday and for every other day of the year too! The support, love and guidance from our mums is why we are who we are.
We acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians, past and present, of the lands of the Wiradjuri, Yorta Yorta, Walgalu and Ngarigo people, on whose lands our schools are built.
Long before us, they lived, loved and raised their children on these lands.
We also acknowledge all the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families in our community and acknowledge their physical and spiritual connections to the land. We come together to learn, to share and to journey together.
